Controlling people, circumstances, and outcomes, has become too exhausting to do. We experience intense anxiety when we try to be in charge of more than we're meant to handle. Trusting God lifts our load, and sweet peace and rest become available to all those who will relinquish control and allow Him to do what He does best - be Himself - the Source and Sustainer of our lives."Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. sometimes it is harder then we think , your right it is VERY Exhausting,
Trying to handle everything on our own, trying not to burden others, woosh, takes alot out of you.
Yes, it does, Renee, but PRAISE GOD we can lay it all at His feet and let Him be our strenth!
